Once the project commences the brief is worked up in much more detail, investigating your exact requirements.
When the final design has been selected we will prepare detailed drawings to enable final costing and to allow work to continue on site smoothly.
During this stage we coordinate trades and suppliers to ensure smooth running and delivery of work to the quality demanded by you and us.
